As our numbers grow, so does our ability to impact significant change in Colorado’s gun safety environment. We encourage you and your congregation to join us.
Membership in CFCU is simple and is available on two levels:
Member Congregations support the efforts of CFCU and appoint a representative (preferably two) to attend general meetings, vote on behalf of their congregation, and help develop and carry out programs and policies supporting efforts to end gun violence. Participating congregations make a modest $100 contribution annually to support the administrative needs of CFCU, due in January of each year. Additional donations to support our work are always welcome.
Friend of CFCU is an individual supporter who has no current congregational affiliation or has a congregational affiliation that is not active in CFCU. Individuals are invited to attend and participate in all general meetings and help with the coalition’s work, but do not have voting privilege. There are no membership fees; however, contributions are always welcome.
