Join the gun violence prevention community for a free screening of “Gabby Giffords Won’t Back Down” on Tuesday, Oct. 18, in Boulder. Gabby Giffords was a congresswoman from Arizona when she was shot in the head in an assassination attempt and mass shooting just outside of Tucson during an event with constituents. The documentary provides a behind-the-scenes look at Gabby’s incredible career, recovery, and advocacy.  A reception with free food/drinks will begin at 6 pm, with the film at 7 pm at the Century Boulder (1700 29th street).
